Where is my download?
Your library link is emailed to the address on your PayPal account as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, from noreply@lakepa.org. Check spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Use Resend below.
Resend my library link
Enter the email address you used at PayPal on the resend page. If we have an order for that address, the library link is on its way. It can take a few minutes. Limits: 5 requests an hour from one connection, 3 a day for one address.
Payment pending
eCheck and some PayPal reviews take a few business days. Your files unlock by themselves when PayPal completes the payment, and we email you.
Gifts
Give a product once from your library: by email on a date you pick, or as a printable gift card. Recipients claim card codes at lakepa.org/claim. Gifts can't be re-gifted. The Group Pack can't be gifted.
Certificates
Make and remake certificates in your library. A Certificate is one milestone; the Certificate Pack covers all 13, with two name changes. The optional second page lists the lakes and dates from the tracker on the device you're using.
Printing
Field Log and certificates are US Letter PDFs: print at 100% (actual size). The Wall Map is 18 × 24 inches; any print shop can print it, or use the Letter-page version.
Library expiry
Libraries stay open 24 months after payment, with a reminder email 30 days before. Downloaded files are yours to keep.
Refunds and disputes
All sales are final, and resending or regenerating files is free. For a payment problem, use PayPal's Resolution Center. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the library and any gifts from that order close automatically.
Delete my data
Open your library and choose "Delete my data". We keep only the payment record (transaction ID, product, amount, date) for tax records.
Why there's no phone or email support
LakePA 100 is built to run itself: every request we could answer by hand — resending files, gifts, certificates, deletion — is a button on this site, and payment problems go to PayPal. Our noreply@ mailbox isn't read.
