Terms

Effective Oct 4, 2026. These terms cover lakepa.org and the printables sold on it, published by WeldonPC, Cleveland, Ohio.

  1. What we sell. Digital products only: PDF files delivered through an online library. Nothing is shipped.
  2. Licence. Each product is licensed for personal and household printing by the buyer (or the gift recipient). The Group Pack is licensed for up to 40 printed copies for one group's members for the season shown on its licence cover. You may not resell the files, share them for others to download, or post them publicly.
  3. Payment and delivery. Payment is made on PayPal. We deliver only after PayPal tells us the payment is complete; reaching a return page is not a delivery. Your library stays available for 24 months after payment.
  4. All sales are final. Resending your library link and regenerating certificates are free and self-serve. Payment problems go to PayPal's Resolution Center.
  5. Refunds and reversals. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the library and download links for that order close automatically, scheduled gifts are cancelled, unclaimed gift codes are voided, and libraries created from gifts of that order are closed too.
  6. Gifts. Each eligible product can be given once. A gift can't be re-gifted. Unclaimed gift codes expire when the buyer's library expires.
  7. Certificates are self-reported. Certificates and share cards record what you tell your tracker. We don't verify anyone's paddling.
  8. Age. You must be 18 or older to buy.
  9. Lake information. Lake details summarise public sources as of the dates shown. They can be out of date or wrong. Posted signs, operators' notices and the law always control. Nothing on the site is legal advice.
  10. Your safety and assumption of risk. Paddling is dangerous and can cause injury or death. You decide whether, where and when to paddle, and you do so at your own risk. LakePA 100 does not inspect lakes, launches, water conditions or weather.
  11. No warranty. The site and products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.
  12. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury, loss or damage arising from paddling or from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
  13. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
  14. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Refunds

All sales are final. These are instant digital downloads, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

If a file won't download or a certificate looks wrong, everything is self-serve: resend your library link, download again (up to 20 times per file) or regenerate the certificate.

Payment problems — a charge you don't recognise, a duplicate or an eCheck issue — go to PayPal's Resolution Center. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the library and any gifts from that order close automatically.
